I chose Shaza Makkah for its perfect location to visit the holy sites, but I was pleasantly surprised by the remarkable Eastern fare at the hotel's MeNa restaurant. The traditional cuisines from Saudi Arabia during the National Day celebration were a true delight, complemented by a buffet that spoiled us for choice.
Check-in process was not smooth, with the room not being ready until 6:30 pm. Limited parking added to the inconvenience.

Fantastic location, amazing suites, and very accommodating staff. Super flexible check-in and check-out. Lovely and respectful reception staff made us feel special and welcome. Excellent sound insulation and a varied breakfast.
Felt really at home, no complaints whatsoever.

I had a fantastic experience at Shaza Makkah hotel. the staff were incredibly hospitable and professional, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite for free, and the diverse and tasty breakfast options truly exceeded my expectations. the hotel offered security bag deposit for free, which was very convenient for me.
